But my county can't watch youtube, so could I reprint your video and translate it to the video website( such as https://www.bilibili.com/ ) that people in my country can watch ? I will not use it for Commercial, and I would not edit it. I will show the origin url and the origin information in the description so that if some people could use vpn( only use this could watch youtube in my country ) they maybe will come to watch the origin video and support your great work.
